Limited Warranty
Sew Cal Rods products are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation or damage during installation
- Misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Alterations or modifications
- Collision damage
- Labor costs or shipping costs
- Customer-supplied materials
If a manufacturing defect is verified, Sew Cal Rods will repair or replace the affected component at our discretion.
Delivery Claims
Any shipping damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Please retain all packaging and provide clear photos of the packaging and product when submitting a claim.
Returns
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our interior kits and components, all sales are final.
Returns are only accepted for verified manufacturing defects and must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
To request a return, customers must provide clear photos of the product showing the issue, along with photos of the packaging if applicable.
If a return is approved:
- An RMA authorization is required prior to return
- A 20% handling and restocking fee will be applied
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt
Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.
